The Brownsburg East Middle School battled the Avon North Middle School in conference action January 7th. The East team fell in the end 44-34. The East team was led by Davin Pearson with 11 points, Davin who had to also guard Avon’s leading scorer held the Irons boy in check. Kaden Gentrup led the East team in Scoring with 12 points. The team got off to a slow start and only hit one 3 on the night. “When we are knocking down shots from the 3 we are a tough team to beat,” said Coach Gardner. We will rebound and be better next week.
