Cross Country Runs At Home

Boys: The boys cross country team hosted Cascade and New Augusta yesterday for their first meet of the season. The Bulldogs ran away with the win beating out the other two teams 18, 58, 59. The Bulldogs had 13 boys in the top 20, including taking the top four spots. Leading the way for the

7th Volleyball Travels To Tri West

7th grade fought hard but lost in 3 sets. The first set was 25-22, the second set was 25-16, and the third set was 15-3. London Smith and Kenzie Toulukian led the way behind the service line. Jocelyn Hornett led the way for defense.  

First Home Golf Match

Tuesday’s weather was perfect for the first golf match of the season at home versus Plainfield.  Although a seasoned Plainfield team outscored the Lady Dogs 181-193, there were several bright spots for East.  Lexi Kelley led the way as a Medalist with a 3-over par 37!  Also scoring well for the Lady Dogs was Kendall

East v West Tennis

On Tuesday night the Tennis Team kicked off their season against West at BHS. The team competed hard but lost in a close battle 2-3. The two points of the night for East came from Harrison Stutler at #1 single and Max Hageman at #3 singles. The team will be back in action next week

8th Volleyball Opener at Tri West

The 8th grade Volleydogs lost a close match to Tri-West 18-25, 25-21, and 11-15. Maddie Pierson’s tough defense led the dogs with 12 digs and Haley Sollenberger had 3 blocks. Maddie added 1 ace and 3 kills. Aysa Thomas led the offense with 18 assists, and Brea Tubbs had 8 kills. The next game is

7th Grade Football Defeats Westfield

The 7th grade football team had a huge win over Westfield Saturday morning. The team did fall behind early 6-0 , however this would be the only time they would be behind. The team took over taking a 12-6 lead going into halftime and then stormed into the second half. They controlled everything offensively and

8th Football Recap

Last Saturday the BEMS 8th grade football team squared off against a very tough Westfield Shamrock squad. Although the Bulldogs fought hard they came up short falling to the Shamrocks 0-28. Despite the loss there were many positives during the game. Running backs Quentin Russ and Chance Crumedy both had big gains on the ground.

Football Game

Saturday morning the 7th and 8th grade football team will travel to Westfield to play the 1st game of the season. 7th grade begins at 9am followed by the 8th grade. Westfield plays their home games on their varsity field. Attendance limit information will be shared when we receive that from Westfield.   Use this
