The East Girls hosted Westfield in a 7-hole (par 29) match on Monday. Too many penalty strokes and a few chipping yips resulted in increased scores, as the ladies dropped their first match of the season by a score of 153-144 (equivalent to a 180-194 score for 9-holes). Laila Leaman led the way for the Bulldogs with a 35. Kylie Sambyal continues her improved play with a 37. Rounding out the team scoring were Emery Mygrant (40) and Ashlyn Martin (41). The girls look to bounce back when they play this Thursday in the County Championship.
