Brownsburg East Middle School

For the third time in four years, East Boys are County Golf Champions! With a short course setup and ideal scoring conditions, the Dogs were on fire to start their rounds and finished strong. East’s score of 153 is the best a team has shot in five years, and may well be among the lowest overall. All five players placed in the top half of the 30-player field, with four earning Top 10 honors, including Individual Champion Xander Tippmann! Individual scoring was as follows: 37 - Xander Tippmann - Champion 38 - Korbin Brown - 3rd Place 38 - Eli Miller - 4th Place 40 - Levi Armstrong - 6th Place 43 - Kyler Bell - T-14th Place Team Scoring was as follows: 153 - Brownsburg East 159 - Plainfield 166 - Brownsburg West 174 - Tri-West 175 - Avon South 182 - Avon North That wraps up another successful regular season for the East Golfers. Their final event will be a special invite to the 18-hole Chief Bender Memorial Invitational at Battleground Golf Club on Saturday.
