Brownsburg East Middle School

7th grade girls took down Danville decisively in two matches. The girls played well together as a team. We had a strong front row attack with Malea Gray, Maggie Draine, Maven Taylor, Phoebe Jones, and Abby Baker. Our back row did a great job covering and passing! Sophia Manning, Kynzley Wilson, and Kendall Cox did a great job covering their hitters and digging some tough serves. Zoe Oppy hustled and set up her teammates for success, which included Kara Padgett who let the team in kills. Veronica Huhn, Kara Padgett, Zoe Oppy, Malea Gray, and Maggie Draine had strong all around games playing both the front row and the back row. Shoutout to Nancy Balbone for getting the girls going both in practice and in the game! Super proud of these girls!
