Brownsburg East Middle School

On Thursday at Pittsboro Golf Course, the Lady Dogs competed in the 8-team County Championship. The girls posted a respectable team score of 189 on the Par-35 course, resulting in a 2nd Place finish. Leading the way and earning All-County Honors for East was Ashlyn Martin, posting a 44, good for a 3rd Place in the field of 40 players! Also earning All-County was Kylie Sambyal with a 46 (4th Place overall). Others playing for the Bulldogs were: Ava Wilson - 49 (11th); Emery Mygrant - 50 (12th); and Tori Tidwell - 63 (23rd). Team Scores were as follows: 178 - Brownsburg West 189 - Brownsburg East 214 - Tri-West 216 - Plainfield 222 - Danville 266 - Avon West 267 - Avon North 271 - Avon South On Saturday, the East Ladies will play in the 18-Hole Zionsville Invitational.
