Brownsburg East Middle School

The 8th Grade Brownsburg East Bulldogs won vs Center Grove Central 30-14. This was awesome to see the team overcome all the challenges of the game including the higher temperatures. The offensive and defensive lines had their best game yet! Clayton Edwards anchored the line at center. Preston Billups stepped up at left guard leading to a standout performance. They had powerful blocks in tough conditions. The linebackers of Xavier Teter, Johnathan Douglas, Tyrique Mosby and Zion Bester made some huge tackles. Josiah Mitchell had some amazing pass break ups to stop big plays. Zion Bester also had a rushing touchdown. Robert Williams scored 3 touchdowns and Caiden Mason threw 1 touchdown and had a 3 2-point conversions as well. Chase Vaske, Drake Martin and Johnathan Douglas made some big time catches as well. The Bulldogs are now 3-0 and look to go 4-0 next week as they play Zionsville Middle at home.
