8th grade volleyball defeated Avon Middle School West in 2 sets! The players showed great intensity and teamwork throughout the match. Adalee Wilmes was aggressive offensively and found ways to score, Alena Hickerson was a strong presence at the net with blocking and Holland Ward served tough and came through with some key aces! It was a dominant first win!
