BBE 8th grade girls had a tough road game that proved how hard they've been working through the season on their SURGE concepts. Strength, Unity, Resilience, Growth and Empowerment were all on display last night as the Bulldogs had a come from behind win in the fourth quarter. Led by Quinn Sowder with 25 and Kara Padgett with 9, the Dogs stayed relentless on both ends of the court. Brooklyn Spinks had 6 and Emma Crane made a crucial free throw at the end of the game to put the Bulldogs up 41-37 with 5 ticks on the clock. Carmel's end of game launch for 3 that hit still fell short of victory as the Bulldogs pulled off the win 41-40 to finish their regular season 17-0.
